By accessing or using any services provided by American Tech Association ("ATA", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website at ata.partners and our partner portal at go.ata.partners, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
ATA provides consulting, advisory, community, and business development services to technology companies seeking to expand into U.S. and international markets. Specific deliverables, timelines, and terms are defined in individual service agreements.
Membership in the ATA community is subscription-based. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the rate associated with your chosen plan. Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Participation in the ATA Ambassador Program requires acceptance of a separate Ambassador Agreement. Commissions and Benjis rewards are subject to the terms of that agreement. ATA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time with reasonable notice.
All content, materials, branding, and methodologies provided by ATA are the intellectual property of American Tech Association. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
ATA provides advisory services and market insights based on experience and available data. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
